I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem struggles, relationship stress, identity exploration, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Therapy with me is collaborative, relaxed, and real. Imagine "therapeutic brunch." I’m not interested in making people feel analyzed or judged. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can finally unclench a little.
I use approaches like CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, but I believe the most important part of therapy is feeling safe enough to actually be honest. You know yourself better than anyone else; my role is to help you make sense of things, build tools that actually fit your life, and support you in becoming more connected to yourself.
Because we’re human after all.
Outside of work, I’m usually in band tees and leggings, laughing too loud, listening to music, communicating solely through memes, playing video games, wandering around lost in nature because I was trying self-care, or hanging out with my son and our anxious pug, Carl Roger (named after the legend himself). I love humor, authenticity, and the idea that healing doesn’t require you to have everything perfectly together. Sometimes being a messy human is part of the process.
